These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 3D Printing STL digital storefront (the “Store”), operated by the creator (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Store.
All models, designs, images, text, and content on this Store (collectively, the “Content”) are the intellectual property of the creator unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree that no intellectual property rights in the Content are transferred to You by purchasing Digital Products.
Some models may be inspired by broad themes in pop culture. These interpretations are uniquely sculpted and are not endorsed by or affiliated with any trademark or rights holder. The use of any real franchise names, characters, or symbols is expressly prohibited in Titles, Descriptions, and Marketing for all Products.
Upon successful payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the purchased Product for personal, non-commercial printing purposes only, unless a separate commercial license is explicitly provided.
All models are original artistic interpretations or archetypes inspired by general themes. They are not official merchandise or product of any third-party intellectual property owners, and this Store is not affiliated or endorsed by any trademark or copyright holder.

Due to the nature of Digital Products, all sales are final once the product is downloaded. By completing a purchase, You waive any statutory rights of withdrawal.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
All models on this Store must follow the Store’s internal transformation standards and safe naming policy. Models that are identifiable as unauthorized derivative works will be removed or require redesign before publishing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store and creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Digital Products, even if the Store was advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the creator’s jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.
