Refund & Digital Goods Policy

This policy explains refund rules for digital 3D model products sold on this Store. By purchasing digital content, you agree to this policy.


1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on this Store are digital files (including STL, 3MF, and related formats). These files are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once downloaded.


2. No Refunds After Download

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed or files have been downloaded.


3. EU Digital Content Withdrawal Waiver

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once download begins.


4. Exceptions – Technical Issues

Refunds or replacements may be offered only under the following circumstances:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
  • The download link fails and cannot be restored.
  • The file is significantly different from the product description.

In such cases, customers must contact support within 7 days of purchase.

5. Printing Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee successful printing results. Printing quality depends on printer calibration, materials, and user skill. Refunds will not be granted for printing failures.


6. Accidental Purchases

Refunds for accidental purchases may be granted only if the product has NOT been downloaded.


7. Unauthorized Sharing & Abuse

Refunds will not be issued if there is evidence of file sharing, redistribution, or license violation.


8. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact support before initiating payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.


9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
