Model License Agreement
This License Agreement governs the use of all downloadable digital models (“Products”) purchased from this Store. By purchasing or downloading any Product, you agree to this License.
1. Ownership
All 3D models, files, renders, and related materials remain the intellectual property of the creator. Purchasing a Product grants you usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of the design or copyright.
2. Personal Use License
Unless otherwise stated, all purchases include a personal use license only.
- You may download and store the files.
- You may print physical objects for personal use.
- You may paint, photograph, or display printed models.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Resell or share digital files.
- Upload files to marketplaces or file-sharing services.
- Sell or mass-produce printed models commercially.
- Modify models and distribute derivatives.
- Claim the design as your own creation.
4. Inspired Design Notice
Some models may be artistic interpretations inspired by general pop-culture themes. All models are independently sculpted and are not affiliated with any trademark or copyright holder.
